Goals from Vivianne Miedema, Frida Maanum and Katie McCabe sealed the victory, while Alessia Russo scored a consolation for United.
The win was Arsenal's third in a row in the WSL and it moved them up to second in the table, with a game in hand over Chelsea.
United, meanwhile, remain in fourth place, six points behind Arsenal.
